Landmark delivers remastered environmental reports to accelerate property transactions

This latest release within Landmark’s residential product portfolio delivers powerful, data-rich reports, equipping conveyancers with the insights needed to confidently provide expert advice and make informed, data-driven decisions for their clients.

As conveyancers navigate a surge in transactions ahead of next year’s Stamp Duty deadline, the new and upgraded environmental reports are designed to streamline complex information, enabling faster processing and allowing conveyancers to handle more cases efficiently. These improvements will provide conveyancers with the confidence to advise clients on potential environmental risks more quickly.

Implementing user feedback has been central to developing Landmark’s enhanced product portfolio. When Landmark interviewed conveyancers, 60% of respondents believed it was important that all data searched was shown in maps and detailed tables. Further, 50% stated that they wanted one report to cover all risks with full analysis. Finally, 89% of users stated that they needed a report that could be understood by both conveyancers and homebuyers.
